Take a series of images focusing on each from the
front to the back. The more inages, the better.

Select File->Scripts->Load Files into Stack
|

Select the files. Click OK.

When this dialogue comes up, be sure to check the
Attempt to Align box. Click OK.

Photoshop will load the stack as layers and align
the images. When done, select all layers.

Select Edit->Auto-Blend Layers
|

Select Stack Images and click OK.

|
Photoshop will select the sharpest part of each image
and create layer masks to blend them all together.
